A leading staffing agency in Appleton is seeking a Call Center Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional phone support and handle customer inquiries. Candidates should possess strong computer and interpersonal skills, be self-starters who can work independently, and demonstrate a positive attitude. This full-time/part-time role offers weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and growth opportunities.

Conoscenze
Position Title: Call Center Customer Service Representative
Location: Appleton, WI
Employment Type: Full time and Part time
Schedule: Weekdays and every other weekend required
Hours: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm OR 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm
- Provide professional customer service by phone and in person
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction
- Perform administrative tasks and basic data entry
- Work independently and take initiative when needed
- Support team operations and help create a positive environment
- Typing Test: 30–35 WPM
- Strong computer and interpersonal skills
- Call center experience preferred
- Able to sit and focus for full 8-hour shifts
- Reliable attendance is critical
- Positive attitude and desire to learn
- Professional and pleasant telephone voice
- Some admin/leadership experience is a plus
- Must be a self-starter able to work with limited supervision
