Seasonal Technical Customer Service Representative

Foundever® is hiring Seasonal Customer Service Associates! Join our dynamic team and provide exceptional, personalized service by guiding Intuit customers through various financial tracking, accounting and or tax preparation platforms and applications. Compensation
  • $19.00 - $19.35/H dependent on province of residence

Primary Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer support via inbound calls

Qualifications

  • Experience with accounting or bookkeeping systems/software
Home Office Requirements
  • A hardwired connection with an internet Speed of 10.0 Mbps download speed and 5.0 Mbps upload speed
  • A quiet, distraction‑free space is essential; webcam video presence will be required during training and production
