NCR Voyix is seeking Field Service Technicians!

• Pay Range: Depends on location and experience.
• Overtime available at time and a half.

• 7 paid holidays plus additional paid floating holidays.

Our Field Services Team creates value by delivering solutions that foster long-term relationships. As a first response to our customers, you will communicate openly and helpfully, focusing on finding the right solutions. You will organize and triage customer issues, sometimes resolving problems proactively. Formal training provided ensures you can meet customer needs effectively.

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls efficiently.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within your territory.
• Conduct maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, and system overhauls.

• Reside within the specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in CA.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting NCR requirements.
• Basic PC skills, electronic skills, and familiarity with hardware and operating systems.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodations.
• Ability to travel extensively, including long drives.
• Willingness to work rotating and weekend shifts, including holidays.
• Capable of lifting tools, parts, and equipment up to 75 lbs. alone, and 150 lbs. with assistance.
• Physical ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, and manipulate objects of various sizes.

• Experience with large servers, mainframes, and imaging software.
• Certifications such as A+, CompTIA N+.
• One or more years of related experience.
