Position: Junior Financial Analyst

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (Hybrid)

Type: Permanent Full-Time (40 hours)

In this role, you will:

• Assist with management reporting of the consolidated financial results
• Assist with detailed budget reviews of larger departmental stakeholders
• Prepare monthly financial analyses and reports such as variance analysis, price-volume-mix analysis, departmental financial reports, business unit reports, cost analysis, and brand reports
• Consolidate budget submissions and ensure budgets are in line with corporate goals and initiatives
• Assist with maintaining the company’s financial reporting software (OneStream)

You have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics
• Entry-level experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, taxation, or treasury; fresh graduates who have co-op/internship experiences are also welcome
• General understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE), and the Canadian tax environment
• Plan to pursue/pursuing a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation
• Prior experience with Corporate Performance management systems (OneStream, Hyperion, Anaplan) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Syspro) is an asset
