Overview

NOTE : HYBRID work model, 2 days / week in Toronto, Ontario Office

Type : 6-Month Contract (7.5 hours / day, 37.5 hours / week)

Skills : 7+ years Business Systems Analyst, CBAP, Customer Relationship Systems (CRS), Agile, Waterfall to Agile Transformation, Kofax, UI / UX, WCAG Compliance, Book of Record (BoR), Requirements Gathering, Stakeholder Presentations

DESCRIPTION :

You will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes, supporting Agile transformation, and enhancing Customer Relationship Systems (CRS) while ensuring compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG) and UI / UX best practices.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in banking / financial services.
• CBAP certification (required).
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies , with experience in Waterfall to Agile transformation (Agile certification preferred).
• Strong expertise in Customer Relationship Systems (CRS) and process optimization.
• Experience in requirements gathering , stakeholder presentations , and translating business needs into Agile Epics, User Stories, and Wireframes.
• Familiarity with Kofax, UI / UX principles, WCAG compliance, and Book of Record (BoR).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of working collaboratively in a team environment.
