Weishaupt Design Group is a North American-based furniture retailer, manufacturer, and distributor serving residential and contract markets with timeless style and quality.

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist . Reporting to the Associate Director of Finance, the ideal candidate will be a motivated, confident self-starter capable of multitasking in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong communication skills and familiarity with accounting and month-end close activities are essential.

Responsibilities :

• Posting all AP invoices, payments, and expenditures across multiple currencies and regional entities
• Processing vendor and employee expense payments via ERP and banking systems, including cheques and wire transfers
• Managing month-end accruals related to accounts payable
• Reconciliation, accruals, and timely payment of corporate credit cards
• Reconciliation of vendor statements and communication with vendors
• Preparing weekly / monthly AP reports and schedules

Qualifications :

• 3+ years of experience in a similar Accounts Payable role
• Experience supporting month-end close, accounting entries, and managing foreign currencies
• ERP system experience; SAP B1 is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
