A leading Canadian real estate company is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Senior Leadership team in Calgary. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience providing executive support, possess strong MS Office skills, and maintain a high level of confidentiality. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to manage the day-to-day activities of the leadership team effectively. The successful candidate will be a confident go-getter who builds respect and trust, is an excellent listener, and will anticipate leaders and team needs. Being flexible and proactive, you have an innate ability to structure our leaders’ workloads and balance your time effectively.

You have a knack for anticipating needs and adapting to fast-changing circumstances.
