A leading insurance provider is seeking an Injury Claims Analyst to analyze complex information and improve operational processes. Responsibilities include preparing reports, conducting data analysis, and implementing changes based on compliance audits. The position requires participation in a structured training program to develop necessary skills and enables the analyst to take on progressively complex tasks. As the Injury Claims Analysis, you will review, analyze, and make recommendations that impact the operational processes, procedures and policies of the PIPP Support Services department and/or other injury claims units.
The Associate Injury Claims Analyst develops and acquires the skills and abilities required to independently perform a review and analysis of complex information and implement improvements that potentially have an impact to operations by successfully completing a structured development program and gaining relevant on-the-job experience. The position initially performs more structured tasks and takes on increasingly more complex tasks while progressing from the Associate role until completing the training program as an Injury Claims Analyst.
Successful completion of the Associate Injury Claims Analyst Training Program within 24 months.
