A local non-profit organization in Hamilton is seeking a dedicated Youth Worker to support homeless youth and facilitate group activities. As part of the Wesley Youth Housing Family, you will be responsible for engaging youth in meaningful ways, ensuring their safety, and maintaining accurate records. This full-time, temporary position includes overnight shifts from Wednesday to Sunday and offers a salary of $20.50 per hour plus a night shift premium.

We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated Youth Worker who demonstrates our values of compassion, accountability, responsiveness, and empowerment to our clients, families, and each other.
The Youth Worker is an integral part of the Wesley Youth Housing Family. With youth engagement, safety, programming, and wellness on the brain, youth workers support young people, and the team ensures that youth are reaching their full potential and have access to all necessary supports and resources!
This position is a unionized, full-time, temporary position ending December 31, 2025, with the possibility of extension. The schedule is Wednesday-Sunday, 11 pm – 7 am (Overnight shifts). The rate of pay for this position is $20.50 per hour plus a 50-cent night shift premium.
