About the Role

We are looking for a Working Cleaning Supervisor to lead by example and work alongside our cleaning team. This role involves both supervising staff and carrying out cleaning duties, including more specialised tasks such as stripping and waxing floors. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and ensure the job gets done to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Work alongside the cleaning team on a daily basis, including tasks such as floor care, stripping, and waxing.
• Supervise, train, and support staff to maintain excellent cleaning standards.
• Carry out regular inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
• Allocate daily tasks and assist with staff scheduling.
• Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained.
• Step in to cover shifts if required.

Requirements
