The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading daily warehouse operations and a team of associates, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and on‑time delivery. Partnering closely with the DC Manager and cross‑functional teams, this role manages inventory through cycle counts, reconciliation, and resolution of aged or obsolete stock, while coordinating replenishments and resolving issues across regional distribution centers.
You will oversee special projects, track progress, address risks, and communicate outcomes, all while maintaining a well‑organized facility and enforcing rigorous safety standards. Success in this position requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to build effective partnerships within the automotive and sales ecosystem to continually improve processes and drive results.
