A leading staffing agency is looking for a proactive HR Coordinator to join their team in Ajax, Ontario. The role involves managing recruitment and onboarding processes for warehouse associates, ensuring attendance and compliance in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time on-site position, requiring flexibility with weekends and a strong focus on HR practices.

Randstad is looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Coordinator / On-site Coordinator to join our team in Ajax, Ontario. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about managing different HR aspects in day-to-day operations within a high-volume warehouse or logistics setting. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience supervising temporary associates in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring attendance, compliance, and a positive workplace culture.
This role requires a strong balance of people management, performance coaching, and operational oversight, along with an understanding of HR practices, health and safety standards, and injury reporting.
Schedule: Friday – Monday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $23–26 per hour
Location: Church Street South, Ajax (near Ajax GO station)
Contract: 3 months to start with strong potential for conversion to a permanent role.
