Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Vice President, Client Partnership based in Canada to provide strategic and operational leadership across a portfolio of high-value client relationships. You will guide internal teams toward delivery excellence, grow partnerships, and lead multidisciplinary staff in a dynamic digital experience environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading complex, large-scale client engagements.
• Proven track record managing $5M+ client portfolios.
• Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams of 20+ people.
• Strong account management and client relationship leadership.
• Ability to develop engagement strategies with department heads and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior strategic partner and trusted advisor to multiple clients.
• Lead a portfolio of complex client engagements balancing relationships, delivery, operations and financials.
• Develop and expand relationships with client executives for long-term growth.
• Oversee account teams and translate strategic plans into execution.
• Identify opportunities and shape solutions around evolving client needs.
• Ensure portfolio profitability including budgets and statements of work.
• Lead RFP responses and contract negotiations.
• Deliver presentations for senior clients and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor team members and foster a diverse, high-performance culture.
