Job summary

Momentum Worldwide in Toronto is seeking a Head of Client Services & Head of Office to lead the 35-person team, own office operations and client relationships, and partner with global teams to deliver impactful experiential work.

You will drive growth, shape the annual plan, manage budgets and staffing, and ensure high standards of client service and cross-disciplinary collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in client services/account leadership in experiential/brand activation or related, with agency fluency.
• 3+ years in a senior leadership role with P&L and office management responsibility.
• Proven track record growing client accounts and leading pitches.

Responsibilities

• Own Toronto office operations, revenue growth, margins, resourcing, and forecasting.
• Lead the Business Leadership team and mentor across client accounts.
• Lead new business development and build a growth pipeline in Toronto.
• Foster culture, inclusion, and high performance aligning with global values.
