You will oversee proposals, pricing, and strategic direction, ensuring delivery excellence across the portfolio while innovating with AI-driven workflows and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in client services or account management in media/digital agency.
• Proven track record building senior-level client relationships.
• Experience overseeing key account metrics: client satisfaction, revenue growth, profitability.
• Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads portfolio-level strategy and revenue performance, turning opportunities into growth plans.
• Forecasts, plans, and resources staffing to ensure delivery and financials.
• Builds trusted senior-level client relationships as a strategic advisor.
• Delivers major client proposals, pricing, and integrated campaigns.
• Ensures high-quality delivery across all accounts—on time and on budget.
• Partners with PMO on staffing clarity, timelines, and financial structure.
• Manages portfolio risks, staffing gaps, and escalations with stakeholders.
• Champions cross-functional collaboration and scalable processes.
• Leads and develops senior account leaders for accountability and growth.
• Drives AI- and data-first thinking to improve workflows and efficiency.
