Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Director of Product Management, Growth Platforms, based in Canada. This leadership role owns the product strategy for platforms driving customer growth, engagement, and retention across digital and retail experiences.

You will build unified promotions, loyalty, CRM, segmentation, and marketing data capabilities, while leading a team of Product Managers and partnering with Marketing, Engineering, Data, Analytics, Operations, and business

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience and at least 2 years of people leadership.
• Experience building data-intensive growth, marketing, promotions, personalization, CRM, or loyalty platforms.
• Strong understanding of customer data, segmentation, activation, and measurement.
• Proven ability to translate datasets into actionable segments and personalized experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year product strategy and roadmap for growth platforms.
• Lead development of a unified promotions and offers platform across products and channels.
• Build scalable customer data and segmentation capabilities for personalized experiences.
• Partner with Marketing to strengthen CRM and lifecycle marketing capabilities.
• Develop growth platforms for online Sportsbook, Casino, digital retail, and loyalty.
• Create self-service tools for marketing to launch campaigns quickly.
• Partner with Data and Engineering on data architecture, event streams, APIs, and measurement.
• Establish KPIs and experimentation frameworks to measure impact.
• Lead and grow Product Managers and clarify ownership.
• Align senior stakeholders across functions around priorities.
• Contribute to additional strategic initiatives.
