People Corporation is seeking a Vice President, Client Success to lead our client success function across the Benefit Solutions portfolio. The role partners with Operations, Technology, Product, and Commercial leaders to drive retention, growth, and superior client experiences throughout Canada.

The successful candidate will bring 15+ years of leadership in benefits administration or related fields, strong client relationships, and a data-driven approach to improve service delivery and value

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Benefits Administration, Group Insurance, or related fields.
• Proven track record managing complex client portfolios and strategic relationships.
• Experience driving client retention and growth with data-driven insights and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide client success strategies that drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
• Build executive-level relationships with key clients, unions, trustees, employers, advisors, and plan sponsors.
• Establish KPIs and accountability measures that drive performance and client outcomes.
