You will work with product, marketing, and policy teams to align priorities, while navigating a fast-paced, international environment that values autonomy and sound judgment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in regional operations, partnerships, business development, strategy, or a closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of regional programs and initiatives across North and Latin American markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, coordinating initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
• Monitor regional performance, analyze trends and data, and recommend actions to improve outcomes.
• Design, refine, and implement operating processes that enable regional teams and partners to collaborate efficiently.
• Coordinate with global and local teams across product, marketing, policy, support, and other functions.
• Prepare concise performance updates, insights, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Manage multiple regional priorities independently, identifying issues early and driving solutions.
