Job summary

Craft Public Relations in Toronto is seeking a Vice President to join our senior leadership team and help lead our growing client roster.

You will drive strategic planning, oversee campaigns, grow client relationships with proactive thinking, coach teams, and balance client, team and financial priorities.

This hybrid, Toronto-based role may require occasional travel within Canada and to the United States, with an emphasis on building great work together.

Qualifications

• Significant senior-level experience leading public relations or integrated communications programs.
• Trusted client counsellor with a clear point of view capable of guiding opportunities and decisions.
• Proven ability to grow client relationships with proactive thinking and value delivery.
• Strong strategic and creative thinking with the ability to translate business challenges into compelling communications.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams and coaching staff at all levels.
• Sound understanding of agency financials and balancing client, team and business needs.
