Qualifications

• Track record shipping large-scale consumer-facing or enterprise AI products.
• Experience translating business needs into AI-powered product strategies.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end AI agent workflows and digital experiences.
• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch.
• Translate AI concepts into clear strategies with measurable outcomes for executives.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Delivery, Marketing, and Client teams.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and foster a fast-paced delivery environment.
• Serve as trusted advisor in client engagements with strong consulting discipline.
• Build partnerships with senior stakeholders balancing business and user needs.
• Apply hands-on AI knowledge to move from experimentation to real-world implementation.
