Experience working with Non-For-Profit preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight for the organization's programs and initiatives.
  • Participate in regular board meetings, contributing insights and expertise on various topics.
  • Engage in public speaking opportunities to represent the organization at events and community gatherings.
  • Oversee project management efforts, ensuring that initiatives align with the organization's mission.
  • Assist in marketing efforts to promote programs and increase community engagement.
  • Utilize data collection methods to assess program effectiveness and inform decision-making.
  • Leverage administrative experience to support organizational operations and governance.
  • Participate in recruiting efforts for new board members and volunteers.
  • Share knowledge through teaching or mentoring opportunities within the organization.
Requirements
  • Proven supervising experience, demonstrating effective leadership capabilities.
  • Strong public speaking skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Experience in project management, showcasing an ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Background in marketing, with an understanding of how to promote organizational goals effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, fostering collaboration among board members and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data collection techniques for evaluating program success and impact.
  • Administrative experience that supports governance functions within a nonprofit or similar environment.
  • Experience in recruiting individuals for various roles within an organization is preferred.
  • A passion for teaching or mentoring others is a valuable asset.
