The Victaulic Sales Professional Development Program is a full-time permanent position designed for ambitious recent graduates ready to launch their sales career in Canada's thriving industrial sector. Phase 1: 3-Month Intensive Sales Training
Learning Outcomes : Gain comprehensive understanding of Victaulic's diverse markets, products, solutions, and selling strategies while working directly with contractors, engineers, distributors, and site representatives.
Upon successful completion of the 3-month sales training, you will transition to your role in Fort McMurray, Alberta. You'll work closely with the National Sales Manager –Energy, and experienced sales professionals with dedicated territory management responsibility.
