The company is executing on strategies to drive significant acquisitive and organic growth while adding to their best-in-class portfolio of services.
This commercial leadership role is a player / coach position with a mandate to introduce process and structure to an entrepreneurial sales organization, driving transformational internal change while also managing sales initiatives and central account relationships. Your background will include a career history of successful sales wins within the IT services and solutions sector, creating and utilizing innovative sales strategies. You will be experienced in designing and implementing focused incentive and compensation programs and will have led the successful implementation of CRM systems and other sophisticated systems and processes.
