We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Vendor Coordinator to join our team in support of clients across the country.
Vendor Coordinators play a critical role in supporting our growing company, ensuring our clients receive dependable service as we expand and onboard new accounts. They manage a nationwide network of vendors, tradespeople, and contractors, quickly sourcing the right professional—whether it’s an electrician in a major city or a plumber in a small town—while balancing speed, quality, and compliance.
The rate of pay is $25.00/hour and is full-time, hourly, non-exempt, and eligible for overtime pay.
During an initial training and evaluation period this position is in-office and not remote. Afterwards this position offers a hybrid-remote schedule. Position will initially require a daily commute to our location: 5900 Harris Technology Blvd. Charlotte, NC 28269.
