Job summary

Une entreprise de logistique recherche un professionnel pour assurer le support technique aux utilisateurs. Vous serez responsable de la résolution de problèmes informatiques, de la formation des utilisateurs, et de la gestion des systèmes informatiques dans un environnement rapide. Un diplôme de Collège / CEGEP et une expérience de 1 à 2 ans sont requis.

Qualifications

  • 1 à 2 ans d'expérience en support technique.
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement rapide sous pression.
  • Expérience en résolution de problèmes techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Répondre aux utilisateurs rencontrant des difficultés informatiques.
  • Surveiller la performance des systèmes et des réseaux.
  • Fournir des conseils et une formation aux utilisateurs.

Tasks
  • Report on the performance of computer systems and networks
  • Respond to users experiencing difficulties with computer
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions
  • Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
  • Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and other software
  • Provide business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
