Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the turnaround plans to align with operational goals.
• Coordinate scheduling and resource allocations to optimize efficiency.
• Work with operations, maintenance, engineering, and procurement teams for seamless execution.
• Conduct risk assessments and lead post-turnaround lessons.
• Manage budget and monitor cost performances.
• Oversee contractor performances.
• Responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of turnaround activities.
• Ensure all turnaround work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Education
