We are looking for a Transportation Analyst based out of our Brampton location, reporting to the Transportation and Logistics Excellence Manager. Transportation Analyst is responsible for ensuring the financial accuracy and compliance of all logistics-related payables. This position is an existing vacancy.
Transportation Analyst role oversees the auditing and reconciliation of transportation invoices and batch reports with third‑party logistics providers, ensuring strict adherence to contracted carrier rates and agreements. Additionally, the analyst drives process optimization by leveraging technology and automation, both internal and with third party online tools, to reduce manual efforts, streamline payment workflows, and minimize invoice discrepancies.
