A community health organization in Toronto is seeking a part-time Transport Services Representative to deliver medical equipment and collect mail throughout the hospital. The ideal candidate must have a High School Diploma and demonstrate effective communication, teamwork, and the ability to perform physical tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills and reliability while interacting with diverse staff and patients.

Reporting to the Manager, you will be part of a busy department that provides the highest quality of pottering services throughout the hospital. Your main responsibilities will include the delivery and collection of medical equipment, mail delivery and collection, and the collection of soiled linen. You may also be responsible for transporting patients, patient-related equipment, patient furniture, medical equipment, medical/surgical supplies, supply/DDS carts, patient charts, medication orders, and specimens. Other specific responsibilities include responding to Code Blue. You may be scheduled at the General or Birchmount hospitals based on departmental needs.
