• Minimum three (3-5) years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the intake and assessment of new clients into the Trans Health clinic.
• Collaborate with members of the Trans Health clinic team to enhance pathways of care.
• Establish caring and supportive professional relationships with clients.
