🛠️ What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute test plans for systems and subsystems.
  • Validate software, electronics, and mechanical components for uncrewed vehicles and support equipment.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to meet qualification requirements.
  • Plan and conduct field testing in diverse environments.
  • Analyze test data and prepare detailed validation reports.
  • Train technical staff on testing processes and equipment.
🎓 What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering and APEGA membership (or eligibility).
  • 3+ years of experience in testing and qualification.
  • Proficiency with tools like LabView, Matlab, Maple.
  • Strong technical writing and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
Bonus Points For
  • Experience in aerospace, automotive, or marine systems.
  • Developing design standards and technical documentation.

  • Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident.
