What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in direct sales to end-users, particularly in healthcare or cleaning supply distribution
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally with cleaning tools/systems, and comfort with cold sales and new customer development
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office and CRM systems
- Exceptional communication and listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and develop individual action plans
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience dealing with industry buyers/decision-makers in commercial distribution, healthcare, or building service contractors
