A leading flooring solutions provider is seeking a Retail Territory Sales Manager to drive sales and growth in British Columbia, particularly in Kelowna. This role involves building relationships with retail dealers and managing product displays. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, sales experience, and are physically able to handle display materials. A company vehicle will be provided, and the employee will travel 3-4 days a week within the territory.

Shaw Industries Canada is looking to hire a Retail Territory Sales Manager to maintain and grow sales of its Shaw Floors Soft Surfaces, Shaw Floors Hard Surfaces, Anderson Tuftex and COREtec flooring brands. A Territory Sales Manager works to maintain and increase Shaw’s profitability and market share in their geographical area. They accomplish this through the development of great relationships with their specialty retail flooring dealer customers based on product knowledge, exceptional service, trust and integrity. Business growth is accomplished through implementing major market programs, services, and sample placement. This position covers the interior of British Columbia and its Northern regions. Ideal home office based in Kelowna, BC.
