A local delivery service company is looking for a bilingual Territory Account Executive in Montreal. This role focuses on establishing partnerships with local restaurants and requires 2+ years of sales experience, fluency in English and French, and proficiency in CRM tools. The position is hybrid, involving travel to meet with merchants, and aims to grow partnerships and drive sales in Canada.
The Outside Sales team has been the face of DoorDash to our merchant partners since our founding in 2013. Stationed locally, this team creates deep partnerships with the most coveted local and regional restaurants in any given geography. Our Outside Sales team is the revenue-driving arm of DoorDash and ensures the growth of our partnerships, which help strengthen operations, accelerate consumer growth, and improve our bottom line.
About the Role
We are looking for a bilingual Territory Account Executive (Regional Merchant Lead) for the Outside Sales team to establish partnerships with our local merchants across Canada. As part of our Outside Sales team, you'll join a team of experienced sales professionals who excel in leading deliberate sales processes. Your focus will be on acquiring new restaurants with a transactional deal cycle, onboarding the best local and regional restaurants onto the DoorDash platform. You will prospect, meet with, and close partnerships with these merchants.
You will report to the Regional Sales Manager on our Canada team and will have access to resources needed to grow your career. This is a hybrid role involving some travel within the region (2-3 days per week) to meet with prospective merchants, and some remote work. The role may also require travel for in-person collaboration, trainings, offsites, team-building events, and other business needs.
