Qualifications

• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with healthcare team.
• Demonstrates understanding of the use of technology and compliance with training.
• Must maintain good work attendance and report clinical concerns promptly.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal support to patients including bathing, toileting, and feeding needs.
• Document activities of daily living (ADLs) and communicate relevant patient care information.
• Report any clinical concerns to direct supervisor immediately.
