Telecom / Telephony Project Manager

• Lead end-to-end delivery of telecom and telephony projects (VoIP, PBX, SIP, UC).
• Manage planning, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal technical teams.
• Oversee deployment of enterprise telephony platforms (Cisco, Avaya, MS Teams Voice).
• Ensure compliance with telecom protocols (TCP / IP, MPLS, LTE / 5G).
• Track risks, issues, and change management activities.
• Utilize tools like MS Project, Jira, and Confluence for reporting.
• Prepare network documentation, diagrams, and project status updates.
• Drive stakeholder communication and executive reporting.
• Apply best practices (PMP / PRINCE2 / ITIL) to ensure successful delivery.
