This role requires 15+ years of experience in ICT, leading multi-disciplinary teams, and strategic technology advising. The ideal candidate offers oversight across IMIT design and fosters mentorship within the team. At HH Angus, we strive to expand what is possible to shape a better future. We do this by empowering our employees to do their best work, find meaning in what they do and provide opportunities to grow. As an independent consulting firm with over 450 employees, we create innovative and sustainable solutions for our clients’ most complex challenges. Our passion is solving problems, innovation is our culture, sustainability is in our DNA, and we thrive on our clients’ success.
We are seeking a senior Technology Systems Design Leader (IMIT/ICT) to join Angus Connect — the largest ICT practice in Canada — and lead the delivery of complex healthcare and mission‑critical projects across North America. This role is based in Canada and offers the opportunity to contribute to nationally significant infrastructure programs.
As a project and technical leader, you will guide large, multi‑disciplinary teams through complex environments involving diverse stakeholders, evolving priorities, and high‑performance requirements. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to clarify objectives, evaluate options, and strategically define the path forward for integrated IMIT systems.
Key responsibilities include:
You will act as a trusted advisor, influencing decisions in environments where operational continuity, scalability, and performance are critical.
Beyond project leadership, you will contribute to the continued advancement of Angus Connect’s national practice by mentoring team members, strengthening technical standards, and participating in a collaborative, knowledge‑sharing network that operates cohesively across the country. We function as an integrated practice — not in silos — leveraging shared expertise to deliver consistent, high‑quality outcomes on some of Canada’s largest and most complex infrastructure projects.
This opportunity is well suited to a strategic technology leader seeking to apply their experience at scale within a growing North American market.
The expected salary for this role is between $125,000 to $165,000 CAD annually. Base salaries are determined considering several factors such as skills and competencies, experience, education, and internal and external competitiveness. Along with your base salary we offer a wide array of programs that include our Short Term Incentive bonus program, technical and business training, mentoring, wellness initiatives, the opportunity to participate in our coveted Defined Benefit Pension plan, flexible work arrangement, and hybrid work structure.
