Tasks
- Advise customers on the appropriate products for their application.
- Prepare and communicate quotations to customers.
- Answer customer questions and provide technical assistance as needed.
- Validate customer order information and generate purchase orders in the computer system.
- Cross-sell and suggest complementary products.
- Participate in internal and supplier training programs.
- Provide support to external representatives.
- Perform any other tasks required by the position.

Job requirements
- DEC or equivalent in electrotechnics, instrumentation control or related fields.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Experience in B2B sales/customer service in a technical field.
- Being fully bilingual to serve a bilingual clientele on a daily basis.
- Experience in the field of industrial instrumentation.
- Proficiency in Powerpoint and its effective use to influence small to medium sized groups.
