A leading technology company is seeking an experienced professional to drive customer success in complex accounts. This role involves working closely with sales teams and enhancing product adoption through strong technical support, training, and collaboration with various internal and external teams. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in solution architecture and deep knowledge of API Security solutions.
Responsible for enabling business outcomes for customers in complex and / or strategic accounts by establishing a trusted advisor relationship, balancing both the technology and business objectives of the IMS solutions and products within the Broadcom portfolio. Key goals include maximizing product adoption, improving customer success and maintaining renewal rates to ensure future growth opportunities.
