• Ensure all teams are operating according to standards and safety requirements.
• Develop work instructions and train inspectors.
• Manage customer relationships.
• Serve as interim acting job leader if needed.
• Inspect parts and lead work of team members.
• Ensure team members have proper equipment.
• Communicate with customer/job site contacts as needed.
• Complete required paperwork for projects.
