Overview
Reporting to the Manager, Client Solutions, the Business Analyst Team Leader with a focus on Program Management, will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of strategic initiatives within Client Solutions and other Operations departments at Medavie Blue Cross. You will lead a team of Business Analysts and act as a key liaison between cross-functional teams, ensuring that client-centric solutions are delivered with precision, efficiency, and measurable impact. This role combines leadership, analytical expertise, and program oversight to support the continuous improvement of operational processes and the delivery of high-quality client solutions.
