This full-time Team Leader position at Dollarama in Dundas, Ontario pays between $18.60 and $19.30 per hour, with the exact rate depending on experience. The schedule is set by store operational needs and requires open availability across day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Day to day, you'll lead and supervise store associates, handle merchandising and shelf stocking, manage daily shipments, and carry out cash management and opening and closing duties. You'll also address customer complaints, conduct manager-on-duty tasks such as tracking breaks and attendance, and participate in both inventory and employee training processes.

About the Role: Team Leader

The Team Leader is responsible for the operational running of the store during their shift. That means overseeing associates, maintaining visual merchandising standards in line with company strategy, and making sure customer service, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met. You'll also take part in performance evaluations and the training of new staff.

Beyond the floor duties, this role carries responsibility for store safety and contributing to its ongoing maintenance. You'll resolve customer complaints promptly and support the broader team in hitting daily operational targets within a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-volume environment.
