The Client Administration function is a vital part of the firm’s Business Enablement Services and is focused on achieving client service excellence by delivering timely, high quality products, and encouraging an environment that increases both the staff and client experience.

KPMG is looking for Tax Collators for our Victoria office- Contract role mid February 2026 to end of May 2026.

What you will do
  • Monitoring the flow of tax information coming into the office and delivery of tax returns to various personnel.
  • Update daily progress and database reports.
  • Process e-file returns and other tasks as assigned.
  • Printing and word processing of tax returns

Overtime is expected and may consist of evening and weekend work during this busy time of year.

What you bring to the role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proven ability to set priorities, manage workload and juggle multiple tasks
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and use judgment in all areas required by the position
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strong computer skills with Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge of TaxPrep would be an asset
  • Friendly personality and the ability to work with all levels of employees from many departments at KPMG
  • Ability to work with minimal direction
  • Detail oriented
KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information

In British Columbia, the expected annual total compensation for this position is $22.00/hr. The determination of an applicant’s compensation within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition to total compensation, KPMG also offers a comprehensive, competitive Total Rewards program.
