What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Define and drive the Talent Development roadmap for onboarding and manager/leader development programs
  • Build and operate talent development programs from inception to scale, ensuring hands‑on delivery

  • Apply a data‑driven product mindset to measure program effectiveness and iterate for improvement
  • Manage program communications and change management, aligning stakeholders across the organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Proven experience in program building from the ground up, delivering end‑to‑end programs
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on root causes and scalable solutions
  • Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate program effectiveness
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in a fully remote or distributed work environment
  • Previous work in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or People Operations
  • Familiarity with modern HR or L&D technology platforms
  • Experience in facilitating learning and development programs, both live and virtual
