They are responsible for developing strong partnerships with all internal clients and candidates alike. They drive all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, qualifying, interviewing candidates, and negotiating offers.

  • Driving full-cycle recruitment processes
  • Collecting and analyzing competitive intelligence to gain insights that enhance success and competitive advantage

Qualifications include:

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and team skills; ability to communicate effectively with all management levels
  • 2+ years’ experience in talent acquisition and full cycle recruitment
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and online databases (LinkedIn, Workday)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel
