Role Overview

This is an entry-level, administrative-focused role designed to give exposure to all aspects of supply chain management. You will assist the Supply Chain Manager in coordinating procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier communication, ensuring smooth operations across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Supply Chain Manager in the procurement process, including following up on purchase orders and confirming deliveries with suppliers and logistics.
  • Assist in maintaining supplier records, tracking pricing, and monitoring supplier performance.
  • Help monitor inventory levels and support inventory reporting and analysis.
  • Assist in supplier audits, qualification processes, and compliance documentation.
  • Support data entry, reporting, and analytics to help measure supply chain performance.
  • Facilitate communication with suppliers and internal teams via email and other channels, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to finance, such as ensuring paperwork is collected and invoices are processed accurately.
  • Assist with account set ups and handling issues with our suppliers.
Requirements
  • Recent graduate or 1–2 years of experience in supply chain, administration, logistics, or operations.
  • Strong Excel skills mandatory
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Interest in supply chain management and a desire to grow in the field.
