Resumes are being accepted for the position of Supervisor, Corporate Building Maintenance. Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Building Maintenance, the successful candidate will lead and manage the City's facilities operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, and fostering a positive work environment. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, budget management, maintenance oversight, and quality assurance. This role also involves coordinating preventative maintenance programs, providing input for Council reports, and developing a network of contacts. Overall, the position supports the long-term direction and efficient operation of City buildings and facilities.
35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
