JOBS SUMMARY

Are you a post‑secondary student looking for meaningful, paid summer work experience in Inuvik, NT? IRC offers a variety of opportunities for college, university, and technical school students returning to studies in Fall 2026. All positions require you to be between 15 and 30 years old and able to provide a satisfactory Criminal Record Check. Available Positions & Requirements
Junior Strategy Analyst – Inuvialuit Development Corporation (IDC) Administration

Support strategic research, financial analysis, and business planning. Develop market insights and assist with investment analysis and reporting.

  • 3rd or 4th year in Business, Finance, or related program
  • Strong analytical, Excel, PowerPoint, and communication skills
  • Understanding of Inuvialuit history and culture is an asset
Junior Project Support – Inuvialuit Petroleum Corporation (IPC)/Inuvialuit Energy Security Project (IESP)

Assist with research, planning, coordination, and documentation for energy projects. Gain hands‑on experience in project execution and vendor coordination.

  • Enrolled in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related program
  • Analytical, computer literate, interest in energy/infrastructure
  • Valid Driver’s License and travel ability an asset
  • Oil & gas/energy coursework or experience is an asset
