Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Style Advisor for our luxury menswear store at McArthurGlen Vancouver. This full-time, in-store role focuses on delivering personalized sales, building lasting client relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

You will report to the Store Leader, assist with merchandising, prepare for appointments, and participate in training to grow clientele and sales. Experience in luxury retail and passion for service are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience in luxury menswear or related fashion environments.
• Experience across sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing and made-to-measure preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset focused on creating repeat business.
• Ability to work in a team and participate in training initiatives.
• Demonstrated interest in using retail technology to support the customer service function.
