Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Experience across departments such as sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing, and made-to-measure is preferred.
• Passion for fashion and luxury and for inspiring repeat business.
• Willingness to participate in training initiatives and adopt tech innovations to enhance customer service.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal sales and holistic selling to build relationships and create repeat clientele.
• Educate clients on the features and benefits of Club Harry Loyalty program.
• Participate in merchandising activities and store maintenance.
• Prepare for appointments by strategizing merchandise presentations for add-on sales.
• Follow up with clients on alterations, fittings, and dedicated appointments.

In this role you’ll be responsible for:2-5 years of Retail Clothing/Footwear experience preferredPersonal Sales and Holistic Selling in-store, building relationships with your customers and creating repeat clienteleDemonstrating an interest in fashion, menswear, and luxuryEducating clients on the features and benefits of our Club Harry Loyalty programParticipating in Merchandising activities and store maintenance.Utilizing the resources provided to conduct new business driving measures and following up with your existing clientele on all aspects of their current needs (i.e., alterations, fittings, dedicated appointments, etc.)Preparing for each appointment and client meeting by strategizing what merchandise to present and creating the opportunity for add-on sales.Successful candidates will require:A minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience preferably in a luxury environmentOur menswear retail environment includes working within various departments such as sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing and made-to-measure.
