Job summary

Heartland Town Centre in Mississauga is seeking a Style Advisor to join the store team. This full-time role centers on personal sales and holistic in-store selling for luxury menswear, building client relationships and repeat business.

You will support merchandising, customer appointments, and use digital tools to enhance the customer experience while delivering exceptional service and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury menswear environment.
• Experience across departments such as sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear and tailored clothing is preferred.
• Passion for exceptional customer service and ability to drive repeat business both in-store and online.
• Willingness to participate in training programs and use technology to support the customer service function.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
