Job summary

The Yorkdale store is seeking a Style Advisor to provide personalized luxury menswear service, building and maintaining a loyal clientele. You will manage in-store sales and dedicated client appointments, leveraging tools and follow-up to drive new and repeat business.

With strong merchandising awareness and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will educate clients on the Club Harry loyalty program and collaborate with the team to uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Experience across menswear categories such as sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear and tailored clothing preferred
• Proven ability to create exceptional customer service experiences both in-store and online
• Willingness to participate in training and apply new skills
• Comfort using technology and retail tools to support the customer service function
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
